Clark Niemeyer, Principal

Clark Niemeyer is a Seattle Native.

His lifelong fascination with Automobiles and Motorcycles began when he was a teen. Following several years in the fashion industry, Clark shifted his focus to Design, where it has remained his entire life. After spending most of his twenties traveling the world, and studying design at UCLA and abroad, Clark returned to Seattle to make his mark.

Clark opened Mondeo in 1994, which was widely regarded as one of the premier design stores of the world. Several other retail ventures and collaborations followed. All of these, confirming his reputation for uncompromising devotion to quality and painstaking attention to detail. This led to design projects in New York, the Napa Valley, Malibu and London.

Clark opened Vessel 5th. Ave. in 2006, followed by Vessel 7th. Ave. in 2012

In both cases, these bars redefined an entire Industry, ushering in new levels of design, sophistication, attention to detail and service. With accolades that followed, including several Awards as well as Local and National press.

Clark launched Code3D in 2006 as a design firm, based on the success of early design projects, it quickly evolved into a consulting firm, as more clients requested assistance with Wardrobe and Automobiles. After spending 5 years as a broker with Sothebys International, Real Estate consulting was added to the list of services.
